The Board of Directors provides oversight and direction for the Carter County Emergency Communications District. Some of the duties of the board include:- Manage ECD Funds
- Approve 911 related ECD purchases
- Approve 911 Budgets
- Establish Revenue and Operations Policy
- Govern the District
- Prepare the District for Audit
